Dear colleagues and friends, 

We are pleased to announce that the next edition of the “Congrès conjoint des Sociétés Françaises de Parasitologie et de Mycologie Médicale” (Congress of the French Societies of Parasitology (SFP) and Medical Mycology (SFMM)) will take place in Amiens, France from 18-20 June 2025.

This event will be held at the Pôle Cathédrale of the Université de Picardie Jules Verne, located in the immediate vicinity of downtown Amiens. It is organized by the Parasitology and Mycology team of the CHU Amiens-Picardie, with the support of several sponsors and local authorities, to whom we extend our warmest thanks. We would also like to thank our local institutions, the Université de Picardie Jules Verne and the CHU Amiens-Picardie.

The congress will provide an ideal opportunity for scientists, doctors, pharmacists and veterinarians to present their latest fundamental or applied research, as well as their practical experience in Mycology, Parasitology and Medical Entomology.

The selected program will cover a wide range of current topics in Parasitology and Mycology, and will feature lively, interactive debates. It will give particular prominence to the “one health” concept, with several sessions connecting human health, animal health and the environment. We'll also be discussing the latest in diagnostics and therapeutics, the emergence of mutant fungal strains, and Apicomplexes and insects. We'll also have the chance to inaugurate the first edition of the Burger Parasite Quizz.

We hope that this congress will also be an opportunity to relax and enjoy friendly exchanges.
