Registration Fees

The registration fee for individuals includes access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition, as well as lunch and coffee breaks.

All price changes occur at midnight CET.

* The cultural outing is included in the price of the gala dinner. Registration is required. The number of places is limited, don't delay in registering!

Payment methods

All SFP/SFMM fees are in euros (EUR, €).

For individual registration, payment is possible by:

• Credit card (online payment)
• Purchase order (administrative form)
• Bank transfer
  
• Cheque 
  

Modalities are described in the tab "Registration".

Your registration will only be officially confirmed once the amount has been received.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION **

If you choose online payment, you will be redirected to a new page (HelloAsso page).

Once payment is made, you will receive:

  - Immediately: a payment certificate from HelloAsso

  - In the following days: confirmation of registration from sfpsfmm2025

  (Note that after payment on the HelloAsso page, you will not be redirected to the congress website)

 We inform you that the contribution requested by the HelloAsso site can be withdrawn 
(click on “modify my contribution” on the payment summary page)

Cancellation policy

• Full refund of amounts received if canceled before May 20, 2025.
• Reimbursement of 50% of amounts received if canceled between May 21 and June 7, 2025
• No refund if canceled after June 7, 2025.
