Abstract submission

Abstracts may be submitted via the submission website only.

You can submit an abstract online by clicking on the corresponding tab in the menu. You must first create an account by clicking on the arrow to the right of the ‘login’ tab.

Deadline for submitting abstracts: 11 May 2025
Date of transmission of results: 31 May 2025

Abstracts may be submitted in French or English.

The abstract text may not be longer than 600 words. Tables, charts and other graphics are permitted and must be in JPEG or PNG format and of high resolution (max. 1 graphic per abstract)

/!\ Abstracts submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.

Presentation format

1) oral communications:

Oral presentations will last 10 minutes, 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions. 

2) posters :

Poster size: A0 format in the portrait orientation (W841xH1189 mm; W33.1xH46.8 in)

Poster material (clips) will be provided at reception.

Posters will be displayed as soon as you arrive and will remain there for the duration of the congress.
